File Submission Guidelines

To ensure the best print quality and avoid delays, please follow these file submission guidelines:

  • Dimensions: Files should be submitted in the exact dimensions they will be printed, or as close as possible.
  • Color Mode: Use CMYK color mode to prevent color shifting. Files in RGB may not print accurately.
  • File Types: Transparent files should be submitted in PNG or PDF formats.
  • Resolution: Raster artwork must be at least 300 DPI and properly sized. Vector files are strongly preferred for optimal quality.
  • Canva or Procreate: If you are using Canva or Procreate, we recommend exporting your designs as a PDF with CMYK color settings enabled.
